Dear Presidents,

Further to the Rotary Leadership meeting in October 2011 and Rotary
Tanzania InterCity held on 25th February 2012, the strategy for Rotary
in Tanzania was presented and one of the key outcomes of the InterCity
meeting was a resolution to establish a Rotary Tanzania Country Office.

Attached please find a brief presentation related to the Rotary
Tanzania Office which we would request you forward to all members. The
following are requested:

(a) Presentation and discussion of the attached at a club assembly.
(b) Approval of the resolution on Page 11 of the presentation at the
club assembly.
(c) Formal communication by the club of the approval of the resolution
on or before 8th April 2012 sent to the Country Chair at
hbh...@rotarytz.org [1].
