Dear All, This is a very important toolkit for all Rotarians dealin with grants, with focus on the global grants where M&E is critical. Kindly get it to as many Rotarians as possible through you channels. FUTURE VISION PILOT OPERATIONS Dear District Rotary Foundation Committee Chairs and District Governors: I would like to bring your attention to an important resource available to clubs and districts participating in the Future Vision Pilot. As you know, monitoring and evaluation are key elements of a successful project and required components of global grant projects. The Global Grant Monitoring and Evaluation Toolkit is available to global grant sponsors to assist them in creating a monitoring and evaluation plan for their projects. The Toolkit includes some standard measures that sponsors can include in their evaluation plan, which should make project planning easier. Please
