Periodically Rotary International surveys a percentage of Rotary clubs to obtain some basic demographic information about Rotary club members and estimates regarding the cost of membership. I have selected your club to participate this year. The results of this survey will be useful to the Rotary International Board of Directors and staff in supporting Rotarians around the world.
Please print out the attached document and take a few minutes in a fully attended club meeting or program and ask your active members to raise their hands in response to the question categories, recording the numbers in the spaces provided. If any members are not present, please be sure to add their information to the totals before submitting the survey. Please do not include honorary members in your answers.
