A fabulous August Commonwealth Club series is coming up on biodiversity - animals, climate, habitat, water, soil, the oceans - from a variety of perspectives ranging from environmental sciences to psychology to music. A special focus will be on how personal technology has revolutionized the ability of the individual be a "citizen scientist" by observing, recording and submitting data on the natural world to be aggregated into research findings.
