Thing that want to send from a SriLankan to google

Hi,

I am reffering following link to get idea that what I want to send to Google. But I am not familiar with most of the names. can some tell me what that we want to send.

Log on to gsoc melange and go to your Dash Board which is in the right left hand corner. Go to TODO list. you will find what they are requesting.

Proof of Enrollment - 

Scanned image of your University ID card (both sides) and a scanned letter to prove that you are currently a student from University you are representing (  signed by the Head Of The Department or field as relevant to you )

include both in one pdf and upload.

Tax Form-

Download the tax form for non USA students.

Print it , fill it with relevant information and sign it.

Then scan it and upload a pdf  .

Hi Kavith,

Yes it is quite the same content in the Tax form but however what you have linked is the tax form for 2011 (see the 2nd paragraph of the form). Google had published new one with the year 2012. I have attached it here.

You can get it printed fill up the details by hand, scan it and send.
