Google recently posted their timeline for GSOC'25

I plan to submit an application for R project again this year.

Awesome, Toby!

If accepted, perhaps we should organize a global meetup / user group kickoff event to promote this?

We can discuss past and current R-GSoC projects and potentially attract more new applicants.

I’m happy to lead organize this and work with anyone on the thread interested in discussing their projects.
