mentors: send admins your choices before April 17

Hi Mentors

The application deadline was yesterday.
Now it is time for all mentors to log on to
https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/organizations/r-project-for-statistical-computing/programs/2026/proposals/details
and search for proposals for their project idea.

Your job is to read the applications and rank them in order of priority.
Please write a private email to admins, before April 17, with the
following info:

* if there are no applications that are good enough, please tell us that.
* which is the best application?
* if you have a second choice, what would it be?
