Urgent: Submit mid-term evaluations

Hi GSOC mentors,

At the time of writing, 10/23 project mentors with mid-term evaluations due this week still haven't submitted them.  A reminder that the deadline is tomorrow (10th July) at 18:00 UTC.

If you are in the US time zones, then please try to submit your evaluations today as you don't want to get caught out tomorrow - and give us gray hair in the process!

I will chase individuals later today.  If evaluations are not submitted on-time then, along with delays to payment for contributors, there are consequences for the R-project's potential future participation in GSOC.  We really appreciate your on-time submissions.
