关于tax form的问题

大家好，小弟第一次参加gsoc，tax form有点问题哈

情况是这样的，我7月就过去美国读PhD了，所以我应该是提交w9那个tax form才对。

但我现在人还在国内，shipping address也是国内的地址，w9上要求的SSN我也只能暂时填"Applied for"。

不知道有没有前辈和我情况类似，这样是不是就OK了？？

我比你更悲剧，不过是6月17号去新乡开个会，一个礼拜，也要全额缴税。而且B1/B2还不能申请SSN，不能算到自己账户上。做好事不留名。

那还真实需要问问了，我看那个Form中说的很严格。

What are “U.S. Activities?”

“U.S. Activities” involve an individual located in the U.S. or owning equipment in the U.S.

that are involved in any way with revenue earned through the Google Summer of Code 2013

Program. U.S. Activities include, but are not limited to, performing software development within

the United States, meaning that either the computer or the developer (or both) is located in the

United States.

SSN可以先不写，办完后再重新提交一份form，也不影响接收stipend。去年我就是这样，问过Carol的，她说这样可以，如果有问题她会再邮件联系你。

那就是说6月17日之前需要把enrollment form 和 tax form都上传好。
那么Payment Card是不是也是邮寄给咱们啊？大概什么时候邮寄呢？
