Doodle for potential talk date

Hello everyone,

I'm very sorry about going silent. Unfortunately I had not been able to look into this in the past few weeks.

Since it would be good to pick a date and continue from there, I thought I'd set a Doodle up.

I have set the time to be 7:15pm on all weekdays in the last three weeks of term. If this does not sound sensible, please do let us all know.

The next course of action would be the contacting of a few people and organisations, once a date is set and a room secured.

A few people have mentioned their availabilities, and I'd like to
propose the tentative selection of the date:

Tuesday 10th December, at 7:15pm.

I will start making arrangements for that date, to speed things up.

There have been more inputs to the Doodle, and since we're all available on 11th December, I think it's a good idea to adjust our target date to:

Wednesday 11th December

7:15pm to 9:15pm
