Interest in Machine-Learning and Artificial-Intelligence

I am interested in doing my masters research in the field of machine-learning and artificial intelligence.

but, I don't know where to start. I have a very solid background in Javascript and PHP.

I need you guys to point me to some Open-sourse Organization dealing with this tech So,that I can assimilate my theory

Hey Tony,

You can find beginner friendly materials on data science and Machine learning at http://dataschool.io, with even more video materials on their Youtube page https://www.youtube.com/dataschool. The guides use Python so an intermediate knowledge of Python is required.
