Looks as if we turned it up a bit too much today and it was not ment to do so. The few that went off the front were and ARE going to do so every time but there should not be anyone upset over that ; as we all know we all have different agendas and training plans so don't get upset at them for doing so.
I said I would NOT go over 18 and I did, so place your frustration on me but not the 5:30 crew in whole. They did not make the promise, I did and am sorry I could not hold myself back a few times. I had to test myself to know where I stood; however each time I did take off, I did throttle it back to make sure no one was left or that there were others there along side so no one rode alone.
Thanks TIm, MAtt and also JAy for doing so . WE don't want to discourage anyone and do want others to join us as it is not much fun or purpose in getting up @ 4am to ride if you are all alone and the 5:30 crew understands that. Hopefully there will be enough out soon that we can have two groups and line up as such to keep the confusion of who is going hard and not separate as not to gap or keep our main concern which is to come home safe and no road rash.
Nemo, Chris,Franco and Chuckie V is has been GREAT having you with us the past couple of days PLEASE continue to join and add more to the group.

It was a great ride, thanks for the invite and for putting on the brakes every now and then when things really heated up. Also, BIG thanks to Campy, Jay, and Tim for giving me their wheel and blocking the wind for me many many times. Mark tried to offer his wheel after I made the mistake of trying to keep with the front group on Woods Road but by the time I popped off it was just too late.
I'll be back, it was worth the early wake up call. But I'll keep to the "easy" days!

I am in, Rich is in, Dana Hedge may be in(rumor)... I knew Campy could not keep a speed at 18 or below even after surgery.
So.. I used to be in the B group so probably more of a C so I will be cruising at 18 on Friday if I am lucky...
