Somewhat. What is the Olympic Tri format? One teammate per event? Swim, cycle, and run? Cycling distance? Right now I'm semi-racing fit.

Three People. ....each takes a leg.  You'd ride 24-25 miles and that's it.

Sounds fun. I've done it once before here. But I better stay out of it. If I was to train like I did when I was bike-racing, I wouldn't have enough energy left for what I'm doing now---building guitars. Thank you for thinking of me and having confidence in me though.        S.

Pardon my butting in, but it is a speciality...if Skip is going to race, he is all in, head on fire, inside out, throw himself at it full on race-race.  It is a well earned and endearing quality.  Next thing he'll be heading back to Page Valley for some unfinished business.
