Here are the details for our game night event if you were not at the
meeting today...

GSMST Gaming Club “pwning for the cure” game night event

Date – Next Friday March 20, 2009
Price –$10 includes all night food and games
Time – 4:00 pm after school till 7:30 or until last tourney is
finished.
Cause – The proceeds from this event will go toward Relay for Life,
and cover food expenses
Promotion – We will need volunteers who will write up announcements
and help make/put up posters.
Posters/Morning announcements

Equipment – We will need volunteers to bring their systems who are
solely responsible for their upkeep.
Wii, 360, PS3, Ultimate Frisbee

Set up Rooms – We will need people to help set up the rooms, systems,
video/audio, controllers, etc. and help monitor the rooms when not
playing.
Richardson, Steele, Buzzard, Football field or other area to play
ultimate tourney

Games – We will need volunteers to bring these games:
Rock band or RB (2)
Wii Bowling/Sports
DDR
Madden
Street Fighter
Ultimate Frisbee(s)

Food/Drinks – We will need volunteers who will pitch in and pay for
pizza (based on a guesstimate of people that will attend) and some
extra food or drinks (not sure about turn-out so don’t buy a bunch)
Pizzas, chips, Soda, Water
Prizes - We will need some people to volunteer to help pay for very
small trophies/other prizes tba.

I can bring Madden, a guitar for Rockband, and probably some food. I could help set up the stuff as well.

i can ask my parents if i can bring my wii....and i have the wii
sports too.......
