Format for Migration and provisional Certificate

Dear All,

This is with reference to the Procedure for obtaining Provisional and Migration Certificate from Gauhati University. The matter along with few other pending issues were taken up with the University and are being resolved one by one. We have received communique regarding procedure for obtaining Migration and Provisional Certificates the Content of which are as follows          ( Highlighted Yellow)  :

Dear Sir,

Please find attached the formats required for applying provisional certificate and migration card from the Gauhati University. The requisite fees for obtaining provisional certificate is Rs 510/- and for migration is Rs 1210/- and for other necessary directions please go through the list of instructions attached along with the forms.

You are requested to kindly get the provisional and migration form filled by the students and submit to NIAM at an early date for onward submission to the university. Please be informed that the Migration Certificate shall be issued to only those students who are applying for Higher Studies.

Note: The registration card details column has to be left blank.

Enclosed please find the related forms for obtaining the above said documents. Kindly submit the same along with requisite fee as per instructions for onwards submission to the University.
