Greetings Shambhala Meditation Group,
My name is Erik Castro and I have been practicing with the Shambhala meditation group for a few months now. I am conducting a research study and am looking for any interested volunteers.
I am currently looking for anyone who meditates that may be interested in participating in a study about how individuals perceive themselves and the world around them. Participants will be asked to fill out a couple questionnaires and possibly an interview. This could be a great time to reflect on your meditation practice so far.
