First and foremost, we would like to thank you for attending the written test and interview for the position of “Provincial Mentor” of The National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development (NCDD). Following a thorough consideration of your application and recommendation from the Recruitment Panel, it is our pleasure to inform you that you have been selected for the above position based in Kampong Speu Province.

 

As a staff member of NCDDS you are entitled to receive the following package of salary plus benefit according to NCDD personnel procedure and guidelines:

 

-          Salary: Annual gross salary of US$9,000 or US$750 per month under 3 months probationary period and to be paid in the last working day of each month. The salary is subject to tax deduction according to the exact rate of tax required by the Cambodian Tax Law.

 

-        Other Benefits: Each NCDDS staff is currently entitled to a package of insurance benefits such as Personal Group Accident Insurance and Health Insurance. Furthermore, they will be entitled to the holidays, leaves and hours of work followed by the Cambodian Labor Law plus bonus 18 days of annual leave a year. No other beneficial package are included in our policy.

 

We would be grateful if you acknowledge your acceptance of this post and confirm your availability in writing as soon as possible, at which point a formal contract will be drawn up for your signature.
