求问各位，M&A里头 啥叫做“Zero”啊？

Hello，

下午遇上一个蛋疼的英文翻译成中文的问题，一个关于Synergy的slide里面有个单词叫做“Zero”，不知道什么意思，也不知道怎么翻译...

大概背景就是说，未来的synergy 的 IRR主要来自1.GDP growth， 2. EBIT Margin improvement 3, multiple expansion, 4, Zero (一个负数，说明是会降低IRR的），求问各位大牛这Zero是神马？

高铄的意思大概是在不同IRR的假设下的PV？

如果是的话PV＝0对应的IRR就是zero out…

如果PV=0对应的IRR是负的话，那么也就是说在任何IRR>0的假设中，PV<0，即项目铁定亏钱。。
