You can create a new xml sitemap for your website by recrawling it using the GSiteCrawler program or any other similar tool (e.g. Screaming Frog).
You also should use theGoogle Search Console to add and verify your website urls (old and new) and set the domain change. You'd need to ensure you have proper 301 redirections in place from old to new urls.
