Thanks Alexander, but I don't believe the installation file is corrupted, unless it got corrupted through the download process due to some firewall or anti-virus wanting to prevent it from downloading.In any case I removed your 2 previous posts because I cannot be certain that what you posted is not a link to a malicious download.But indeed these programs must be installed and run as administrator, else they will not work.

I'm on Win XP SP3, downloaded GSiteCrawler-123-full.exe and all I get is a black dos box for about 2 seconds and then the box goes away. I used to use this program a lot back 2005-2009. I'd like to use it again and can't. Any suggestions?
Same problem here with the installation file. I'm attempting to install on a 64-bit computer running Windows 7 Professional. I tried all the suggestions above without success. Each time I receive the same error message: "This version of the file is not compatible with the version of windows your running".
