[GSiteCrawlerURLs] auto mode has less urls than manual crawl

So my sql table prefixed GSiteCrawler. I ran manually and this table [GSiteCrawlerURLs] has more than 100 urls. Then I deleted this table [GSiteCrawlerURLs] and ran automatic and look up this table and has less than 10. I was wondering if the auto scheduled on the daily basis will loose a lot of updated urls overtime?
