Subject: Re: GSICS EP 2025 Agenda and Agency Reports

Dear GSICS Executive Panel Members and Colleagues,

The GSICS EP Meeting and Annual Meeting will take place in Changchun China from March 17th to 21st. The meeting pages and draft agendas can be found through links at

The Agency reports will be presented as 10-minute pre-recorded presentations on Thursday March 20 in the afternoon. Annual Reports should follow the template (See the attachment.), and stress new programs and significant accomplishments. Reports will be 10-minutes long in 12 minute slots (1 minute for a question, and 1 minute for transition). [ An example recording from 2024 can be viewed here <http://gsics.atmos.umd.edu/pub/Development/AnnualMeeting2024/2t_SKalluri_GSICS_NOAA_Agency_Report_%202024_F.pptx> ]
