I was wondering why I have not received any updates regarding the schedule for the upcoming GSICS annual meeting. 

I initially thought the delay was due to scheduling issues, but I now realize I may have been too relaxed in following up.

I had previously replied that we would be presenting, but I’m wondering if my email might not have gone through.

I would like to inform you that KMA also plans to present remotely in the VIS/NIR session, with the presentation titled "Current status of KMA VIS/NIR Calbration: Long-term Analysis of Five years" 

Could you kindly include our presentation in the schedule?
