Dear GSICS colleagues,

I would like to follow up the action on me from the 2026 Annual GSICS to set up joint web meeting with VNIR, microwave and IR Sub-Groups on the bootstrapping approach to estimating inter-calibration uncertainties. Jorge Gil (Indra) has kindly offered to explain the approach he developed as part of the recently completed EPS-Sterna Inter-Calibration Study.

However, the date we originally planned for this did not work out. So I ask you to indicate your interest and availability in the following Doodle poll by 12:00 UTC on 8 June:

https://doodle.com/group-poll/participate/erqONyKd

Ideally amongst the attendees we would have GSICS representatives who are planning to conduct uncertainty analysis of a range of GSICS inter-calibration algorithms. So please coordinate amongst colleagues and let me know if you would like to propose anything for the agenda of the meeting.

Best regards,

Tim
