Where does version 0.9.7 stores the .config file ?

Hi,

I was running version 0.8x and I'm planning to install v0.9.7 .
In my test machine I've seen that the .config file no longer gets created under c:\users\<user>\AppData\local\gshell , or at least, when I run set-GshellSettings this file is not created, as opposed to the former version.
Can anyone help?
