Hello,

I'm stuck in a never ending loop of being asked my login email whenever I want to investigate either mouse or human molecular signature databases. The loop is as follows:

1) I enter my email, which brings me back to the home page.
2) I click on "Explore the Molecular Signatures Database (MSigDB)" on the overview section.
3) I click on mouse collections "investigate"
4) My email is asked of me again and I can't find a way to input my data to investigate.

I'm using Safari Version 17.6 (17618.3.11.11.7, 17618), but I have also tried on Chrome Version 143.0.7499.193.

My operating system is macOS Monterey Version 12.7.6.

BW,

-Elena

Hi Elena,

When did you first notice this?  We recently made a change to the website, and it's possible this is related.  I'm not seeing the behavior you describe, though.

I will investigate and see what I can find.

David

Hi David,

I noticed it today. It was working fine for me last week. I've also tried it on different computers and the issue persists.

Could it be something related to my account?

BW,

–Elena

We've been able to replicate the issue ourselves, so it's not related to your account on your computer.

We're investigating now.

Hi Elena,

I had the same problem. But for some reason, when I clicked the blue " register" link in the upper right corner, it told me that I was already logged in and from then on it started working every time. I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but can you try the same thing and see if it has the same result for you.
