Hi,

I am currently trying to run GSEA on my data, but I've encountered an issue during the data upload process. I followed the guidelines for generating my tab-delimited.txt file into GSEA, but an error occurred during the upload.

Is there a way to send you my files privately so that you may take a look and help me identify the possible cause of the error?

In the future when seeking support for an error, please provide us the full text of the error message as it typically allows us to suggest a likely correction immediately. Please include the error message you received with your file when you send it.
