Ensembl IDs identifiers download

I am trying to download the annotation files with ensembl ID. How to do that download?

Hello,

I'm not sure I understand what you're looking for exactly.
The CHIP (annotation) files that are used to map inputs from Ensembl IDs to Gene Symbols for analysis are available from the MSigDB downloads pages (https://www.gsea-msigdb.org/gsea/downloads.jsp) look for where it says "Annotation files".
If you're referring to the gene sets themselves, we only distribute them mapped into the namespaces of NCBI (formerly Entrez) gene IDs, and Gene Symbols, but these are also available from links on the downloads page.
