Creld1 target genes

Hi GSEA,

I believe this dataset is incorrectly annotated: 

https://www.gsea-msigdb.org/gsea/msigdb/mouse/geneset/CRELD1_TARGET_GENES.html

This appears to be cREL CHIP data per the primary source and not related to CRELD1 protein (UniProt:Q91XD7 (Creld1)) as indicated on GSEA page. 

Although I got to learn a lot about CRELD1 before I checked the primary source and discovered this (lesson learned), it would be best to correct this so others don't go down the same rabbit hole! If I'm misinterpreting the primary source (I just searched https://gtrd20-06.biouml.org/bioumlweb/# for "creld1" and a cREL experiment with "TF title Creld1" was the only result), I would appreciate being informed of that as well!

Yes you are correct, this would appear to be an upstream annotation error in the parent GTRD dataset. Where this antibody used in the ChIP study: https://datasheets.scbt.com/sc-71.pdf (c-Rel), was incorrectly annotated as https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/Q91XD7/entry (Crel1), rather than Rel https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/P15307/entry (proto-oncogene c-Rel).

We'll make a note of this and get it fixed hopefully in the next release. Thanks for letting us know!
