Nonlinear GSCA with second-order components

I'm analyzing a model with two second-order components.
How could apply nonlinear GSCA?

Hi Gregorio,

You cannot apply nonlinear GSCA directly when the model involves second order components. We should update the program.

You currently have two alternative options.

(1) The first option is to use GSCA with second order components while regarding indicators as continuous variables. In general, it works well.

(2) The second option is

    a. to extract scores of low-order components at first by using nonlinear GSCA without specifying the second order parts and the structural model

    b. to treat the extracted scores as a new dataset, based on you create a new project and apply the other GSCA methods (basic GSCA).
