Hi, my name is Cylvia, I am studying master degree at Gadjah Mada University Indonesia.
I have a problem when I try to run IGSCA multigroup analysis. After I specify the model and I klik "RUN" button, the software always disappearing (close automatically).
Any information about that ?

Hi,
This can be due to many reasons... Try the same model without multigroup. Does it work?  In multigroup, try a model with one variable removed, then another to see if it works with a simpler model. If you have "odd" measures in one of the groups with collinearities between variables, this may also be a factor. Finally, if one of the groups has few people, that may play.

Good luck!

Hi Cylvia,

Thank you for reporting this bug. We would appreciate it if you could share your project file (or your model) with us. Then, we could further investigate the cause of the error more thoroughly. You may email us at in...@gscapro.com.

Best,

Dear developer team,
I am facing a similar issue. I am using GSCA Pro in two laptops. One is HP Omen, which has strong processing capability, and the other one is a Lenovo ThinkPad, which is a hybrid of tablet-laptop (which presumably much weaker than my first laptop but still legit in doing analysis using other statistic softwares). Whenever I run the model analysis using my LENOVO ThinkPad, the session would show an error window and then it will close by itself. I wonder what is wrong. Please, I really like this software and I want to finish my thesis using GSCA Pro. Herewith I am sending you the file attached. Regards.
