Hi all,
I have a quick question regarding assessing Common Method Bias in GSCA. Is there any way to assess CMB in GSCA? Currently, I am using Harman's single factor approach to assess CMB. Will that be adequate enough for GSCA ?
Best regards,

Maybe one option is the "dimensionality" information in construct Quality measures.
You can create a factor with all the items and check if dimensionality remain at 1 (if more than 1 dimensions is recommended then CMB is less probable)
