Regalia Rentals

Hey Team,

Wednesday, starting at 4:30, we will be renting regalia.  I am hoping everyone is there to help out to ensure it all runs smoothly and more importantly, that we have regalia funds for next year!  I wanted to give you a quick run down so everyone knows what to expect. 

We'll be renting three items, a gown, a cap, and a hood. We will sell tassels when they become available later.  The cap and hood are one-size fits all, the gowns are organized by height.  The day of, we will bring all the regalia up to room 406 at 3:30.  Are there a couple people who can volunteer to help bring up the boxes with me starting at 3? 

We will have a quick meeting at 4, and starting 4:30, let people in the door to rent.  We'll run people through like an assembly line, think QM.

Station 1: Collect $60 cash (one or two people)

Station 2: Collect name and email address in google doc (two people, two computers)

Station 3: Choose gown based on size (most people will be here sizing people and putting robes on appropriate racks as they get taken)

Station 4: Provide cap and hood and get 'em on out of there

Rach and I will follow up with everyone who rented via email regarding storage/care and how to return the day of graduation.  

That's it.  Hopefully we rent out all 110 we have available.  Let me know if you have questions. 

Thank you all for helping!  This is definitely an important sale for GSC as it's a huge source of funds.

One thing I forgot to mention.  Since we'll all be helping out with the rentals, you all as GSC members can come starting at 3:30 to rent early (and help set up) and make sure you get your regalia before it sells out.  Lucky you...
