How to post:
2. Look at top navigation, far right side - click LOGIN, then click "More SMG Applications"
3. Click Guest
4. Enter your kerberos username and password (don't include @
bu.edu)
5. Upon successful login, click SMG Calendar in the middle
6. Click Submit event on the left side
7. Enter the event and details
- if you're a GSC member - use "GS Council | SMG GS Council:: GPO Event" as your calendar selection
-if you're posting for a club, cohort cup, or anything else really - choose your specific calendar
** IMPORTANT - if you want to post to only the corresponding club calendar and NOT the entire school, you must check the box that says "Post this event only to club calendar ".
8. finally, click submit, and then go to "submitted events" on the left to confirm the event went through
9. Wait 20 minutes, then click on the link at the top of this page to see if your test event appears on the google calendar
10. Once you see it successfully appear, save this email and delete the test event you just made.
**This calendar shows up all over BU so it must stay clean and relevant.
