This one is on the larger side and isn't as straightforward as the soccer tournament, so in case you want to prep before this evening...

Marisa and Stephanie O. will be with us to discuss the event and answer any questions.  I've asked them to highlight the usual stuff (how will it be marketed, who can come, how will PEMBAs be involved, etc) as well as detailing how it will bring value to the school/attendees other than the cocktail party aspect.
