Both my son and I bought a copy of this book for me - and it turns out guide books are not returnable, so I have an extra one. Glad to offer it to anyone who wants it - maybe trade it for a couple of drinks in Vietnam or a meal. List price is $30 at Keplers, but I suspect my son got his copy for less on Amazon. From my brief initial reading, it is a very good guide.
