Best time for snorkeling: Noon to afternoon. The sea is usually calmer during this period, visibility is better, and there are fewer tourists.
Suggested time slot: February 6th, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Activity: Snorkeling (mask & snorkel). No certificate is required.
What to bring: Towel, swimwear, and sunscreen.

I wouldn’t expect it to be on the list of dream diving destinations but when I don’t get to dive that much I’m willing to check it out. So much of the easy to get to Caribbean is dead.
