I would like to share the travel insurance details for our trip. Please find attached three documents:

1. Travel Insurance Certificate for the group with a period from Jan 28 to Feb 20.

2. Instructions for the healthcare claim process

3. Travel insurance policy

Note: One member of the group is covered under an individual plan, as the group plan has an age requirement.

Please also note that this travel insurance covers Cambodia as well for those joining the Angkor Wat trip.
