Appreciate your patience Camie as things are in transition with the ad book and Brad West is now in charge.

Wendy O Donnell did reach out about ads to me. I did give her ads I had in the past as my family is not doing the ad book.

Bottom line, the protected ad list is not correct to reflect any ads you personally may have had in years past- and Wendy was going off what Brad had provided.
It's an honest mistake, and wasn't intentional.

We're in transition with the ad book, and by no means was anyone trying to take any ad that you may have had in the past.
Wendy didn't know, honestly, I didn't know. Brad didn't know. The records didn't reflect your past ads.
Mistakes happen.

My understanding as to how we got here is if the ad was NOT claimed last year, it does open up for anyone to claim.
And that is where there is confusion. I don't think you did any ads last year, so they did open up.

In other words, they did NOT make the protected ad list to be secured.
But, that can easily be fixed. Rest assured, if you give Brad any ads you had and someone else takes them, you will get the credit.
It is just all record keeping, and mistakes happen.

Brad West is now in charge of the ad book and can take things from here.
Brad, the protected ad list needs to be updated again.
Please work with Camie to ensure any ad she may have had in any pas year- Westmoreland Museum of Art for example, you'll need to go in the archives, is credited to Camie.

Wendy my apologies as well.
I was just trying to help get ads for the book to benefit both Wendy and the band.
Mistakes do happen and this can be easily fixed.

Appreciate everyone's patience as my brain may be a bit "off" with chemo treatments and such, but, it will all work out and everyone will get the correct credit as needed.

Hi there,

I do understand the unintentional error of them not being on the list. But I thought that giving ads to another member that a bend member once had was not the policy. If someone is not doing the ad book this year, those ads just do not go on the protected list, thereby allowing anyone to contact them.

That's the way I understood it to be and I feel that's the fair way to handle it.

Also, the email Cami referenced from the museum is dated 2021. If she didn't have it last year, it rightfully would not be on the protected list for this year!
