I will be on campus soon. If I don't hear from anyone by 1, I am going to assume it is a good time to send Clara our draft.

So I am in studio and Josie will be coming shortly.  I know this is a rough draft but I think it is important to has a basic flow to the paper, which also means less work in the near future for us. 
 
Heather I see that you have been tinkering with the google doc. Have you edited anything? and if so what?
 
I am in studio and going to work on this for the next hour or so.

vanessa and I are meeting in studio to do a very rough edit in a bit to send to Clara. then there will be work to do on the conclusion.further work etc, and transitions, where everyone should step up. but for now we just have to get sthing formatted to send out...

I edited grammar in Caroline's intro and Josie's petrobras description and added our studio final presentation conclusion just to give us something to start with as a conclusion.

I think we need to change the language in the methodology section so we aren't referring to ourselves in third person. It is perfectly okay to speak in first person if it avoids confusion or passive sentences.

Can someone send the google doc as a word doc?  I have literally spent the past 20 min trying to open it on several computers, and it continues to crash.   Its bit frustrating.

thanks megan.  I just figured out how to download it without opening the google doc.  ah lessons learned in grad school.
 
so i think the best way to do this is to divide the word document up when lauren and josie get here and then re-compile it after the edit session.
