Dear Distributor,

There are speculations of a steep hike in the price of Non Domestic in the October, 2012. Please be advised that, for your own good, clear off all empty stock in your godown and customer's premises and replace them with filled stock by tomorrow day end as 30th Sept is Sunday and plant may not operate or do despatches.

Furthermore, if due to any delay in receipt of indent or mis-communication, the load given to you has lower quantity of Non Domestic cylinder, please ask the transport driver to stay around plant and follow up with plant officers immensely, to get the load changed. As confirmed by Hubli LRO, there is sufficient stock of 19 kg in plant. It is the last opportunity to grab some last minute ND volume for this half year, please take it seriously.

CC: GR- Sir, please advise the concerned Shift Officers to execute maximum ND loads.
