L-P exercise postponed

Dear Distributor,

The subject exercise was started on 12.06.2012 and it has been observed that none of the distributors have completed Reconciliation upto cut-off date of 31st May, 2012. Thus, wasting most of the time at RO in filling data only. Therefore, the exercise has been postponed for 2 weeks (including 15.06.2012), please ensure the following activities are completed before coming to RO:

1) All data of L-P to be filled upto 31st May, 2012 (last week of May '12)

2) Data of all Sales Order to be extracted from Business Portal and and tallied with the document in hand for all those weeks where difference is coming and is unexplained, to check any typing error and wrong Invoice.

3) Please separate details about all those invoices from Business Portal which have been prepared but not received by you, to take up with respective supplying location.

4) Please be sure about all the differences before hand itself and DO NOT anticipate Accounts Officer or undersigned to explain them for you. At RO, we are just tallying and compiling data to review the final figure and not explain every single difference to you.

A revised schedule list will be sent next week. Please spend enough time to seek clarification for each and every difference. After that, no more explanation will be entertained and required penalties will be raised and cleared. For your information ad necessary action.
