Dear Distributor,

Please go through the attached excel files for your reference. The attached files contain data about your customers having Same Name Same Address(SNSA) and Different Name Same Address (DNSA). As of now, all SNSA Customers have been blocked and a concerned letter shall follow from Hubli LRO to such customers.

For DNSA customers, please issue a letter to the customer to update their addresses in your system within 15 days, failing which their connections shall be blocked.

Please go through your respective worksheet in the attached files. In case of clarifications, contact me or Sri Dinesh Patil. The activity has to be completed on time.
