Dear Distributor,

Please find attached list on subject issue attached with the mail. Kindly go through the list for defaulted Consumers against your agencies. Please ensure that all these numbers are blocked. If any pending booking is there, same to be immediately cancelled under " Multiple Connection " category. KYC has to be done for all such consumers and same will be checked at the time of inspection. Please revert with confirmation.
