Please go through the attached file on subject business. An official letter shall follow from Hubli RO in few days. Please be informed that the revised policies are for all three OMCs and not HPCL alone. You may plan to hold meetings among OMC dealers in common market and device a strategy to avoid clashes over each other customers and target to regularize the market in proper line of deposit & total RSP of the equipment.
In any case, it shall be imperative that by September end, not a single ND Cylinder shall be without document and deposit. Please do the needful.
