Please do the needful to make these programs a big success and maximum people are covered in these programs. These programs are highly essential to spread awareness among public especially the rural uneducated people  which constitute a major % of our consumers in Hubli LPG RO.


We may plan to take video of these programs if possible so that we can develop something in house for refresher programs.

Msg for Punith: You may watch a few of these programs to get some idea in developing a safety clinic module which we have planned  to develop and  conduct safety clinics on regular basis.

I represent Leo Burnett India, we are the management agency for execution of Suraksha Sanchetna Mela 2012. We have received your contact info from HP Gas HO, we need your assistance to educate maximum number of subscriber about LPG safety.

Activity

There will be a comedy skit with a real life situation among a housewife and her mother-in-law, through which we will communicate all safety messages related to LPG (Suraksha Hose, Regulator, Apron, Stove etc). Alongwith it we will also place 06 attractive game stalls with safety messages for womens to participate & win prizes. (please find attached presentation for a actual view of activity)

Overall 03 different teams will visit every location :

Permission team - arrive 08-10 days before activity for venue permission, delivery & installation of POSM (banner & poster).

Town Crier team - 01 day before activity to conduct announcement activity in entire city with mega phone and drummer, which will continue on activity day as well.

Activity team - arrive on day of activity day morning to conduct activity from 11am to 5 pm.

Distributor need to source a suitable venue, which will be easily accessible and ideal to generate maximum women footfall. Apart from venue we also need lots of support from distributor for successful execution of activity, please find below details on same:

Pre-Activity

· Inform all in-coming callers about mela starting from the day when branding has been put at the showroom.

· Inform all walk-in customer about mela starting from the day when branding has been put at the showroom.

· Arrangement of drummers - for announcement of activity across city to generate maximum footfall.

· Vehicle for town crying - Arrangement of delivery vehicles of the distributor for town crying.

· Kindly inform all degree & Junior colleges in your town to send girl students to participate in the activity, also inform female association & clubs to participate in the activity.

Activity Day

· A Stage setup (10 ft x 12 ft approx) for play, Shamiana (20ft x 60ft) & carpet for audience to sit.

· Arrangement of local things - Food stall & balloon wala etc. Only arrangement to be done, consumers would pay for purchase.

· Stoves for display at stove counter and cylinder/regulator for the skit.

· All delivery men to be present on day of activity to assist the promoters at stalls and smooth execution of activity

· Distributor's manager to manage the gift distribution stall at the venue as well as answer any queries of customers beyond the scope of promoters.

· Stock of ARB products like Suraksha Hose apron etc for on spot sales.

We will request you to kindly share all details with respective distributors, we will begin communication with them from next week onwards.
