Dear Distributor,

This is in addition to the ongoing KYC activity. There are ample of Customer records in Distributor System where the Addresses are not properly entered, leaving Blanks. Therefore, you are advised to undertake following procedure immediately to correct the same:

1) Go to Consumer Management>>Active Consumer
2) Select the checkbox " Include Blocked Customers"
3) Export it to excel file
4) Put filter and select BLANKS in Address Line 1, 2 & 3
5) Update data in DCMS for all such customers who have blank Address line 1, 2 & 3.

Please note that the activity has to be positively completed by Sunday (12.08.2012) evening and same to be reported to Sales Officer. Any clarifications, please contact me or Sri Dinesh Patil. Your cooperation is solicited.
