Please find the attached excel format of SQC format of filled cylinders received from plant in a load. Please ensure that 10% of the load quantity (30 cyls for 300 truck and 45 for 450 truck) has to be check for quality measures as mentioned in the format. Also for your info:
1) TARE WEIGHT is the weight of empty cylinder (written on the bung and stay plate of a cylinder on three sides)
2) NETT WEIGHT is the weight of LPG inside a cylinder (14.2 kg for domestic and 19 kg, 35 kg & 47.5 kg for commercial cylinders)
3) OBSERVED GROSS WEIGHT is the weight observed after weighment of cylinder at your godown.
4) DIFFERENCE is the variation between the sum of tare weight and nett weight with the observed gross weight.
Distributor is advised to explain clearly the workings to the concerned godown incharge. Please contact in case of confusion and ensure compliance of the same.
