GS1 Resolver CE v2.5 now live

Dear GS1 Resolver Developers

The new GS1 Resolver CE v2.5 codebase has now been pushed to Resolver's home on GitHub and is now live.

If you are using v2.3 or v2.4, you can update the codebase with no change to SQL or Mongo data - it will continue to work as before. However always read the README.md notes and assess the upgrade in your dev environment before pushing into production.

If you need to upgrade from earlier editions, the README has a section for your version and what to do to make any existing data work with this latest version of codebase.
