Please let me know if you were able to download the app. 
The app itself should be pretty self explanatory. If you want to load/Open another file, you don't have to close the current file first. The Open file will delete the previous one out of the memory automatically. Otherwise it would overwhelm the phone ram after 2-3 splat and crash.

Any feedback you can share as you play around with it is incredibly valuable! Specifically, I’d love to know:

• Your Device: What phone are you using, and how smoothly does the performance feel (60 FPS, any stuttering)?

• File Formats: Have you tried loading your own .ply or .sog files? If so, did they load successfully?

• Navigation: How do the touch controls feel when you are panning, zooming, and orbiting around a model?

If you run into any bugs, crashes, or quirks, please don't hesitate to throw them in this thread. No detail is too small!
